Films Presented by MACON FILM GUILD
Bringing a world of cinema to Macon!
Every month (on 2nd Sunday), Macon Film Guild presents independent and foreign language films at the historic Douglass Theatre that otherwise would never be seen in Middle Georgia. The Guild screens 12 narrative features and four documentaries each year. Established in the year 2000, the Guild has hosted over 350 film premieres that has nurtured an audience interested in award-winning movies of artistic and intellectual substance and global reach.
The Guild is responsible for researching the new films, producing & distributing publicity materials, and developing the programming.
