Macon 420 Fest
STARTS: ENDS:
Triangle Arts Macon is thrilled to announce Macon’s first annual 420 festival. Our festival offers a time to come together and enjoy the company of fellow cannabinoid enthusiasts as we celebrate this iconic day with vendors, art, music, food and more. Our first annual show will feature a brand-new collection of artworks from artist and wizard Martin Fromm, as well as showcase works from Angelia Henigman, Hinda-Jonathan Collection, Roy Scott, the Ocmulgee Artist Guild, and our Triangle artist family.
From 3:00 to 4:00 we will host an information seminar to discuss local, state, and federal laws pertaining to marijuana and other related plants and products. This will be followed by a self-guided meditation time and will be a great moment to take a tour of our sprawling arts campus and check out the Church of Duane Allman, a mobile installation by artist Johnny Mollica.
A poetry slam and live music will meld the afternoon into evening with many local musicians performing new and original content. Numerous different food trucks will be onsite to satiate your munchies. And multiple vendors will be here selling and serving some of the best CBD products that Macon has to offer. Two different drink options will be onsite, including Ryan Smith from Lazy Susan mixing CBD infused cocktails and Fall Line Brewery with non-alcoholic CBD seltzers and other local beers.
Alongside this, we will have five different food trucks on site, including Jackson’s Sausages, Freddie’s Cheeseburgers, The Burning Bush Food Truck, The Rusty Walk with Grow Fresh Local Food, and Frios Gourmet Pops truck.
Our musical acts that evening will include, The BandDroidz, Scott Baston and Headstings, The EMA, Dufflebag the Rapper, and Shagg. Music will begin at 5:00 and run until 10:00.
Other vendors will be onsite selling an assortment of products, CBD, artwork, and other additional offerings.
Tickets are $10 advanced and $15 at the door. There is an additional $5 parking fee for those who want to park onsite at Triangle Arts Macon. There are no refunds for ticket purchases. Doors open at 3:00pm and close at 10:00pm.
We are excited to unveil this brand-new event for Macon and look forward to seeing you out here to celebrate with us!
